Is my data secure?

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, hosted on secure cloud infrastructure in Canada. The privacy policy details what data is collected and why, in line with Québec's requirements for the protection of personal information.

Does it work on my phone at the job site?

Yes. Torvite runs in your phone or tablet browser, no app to download. You can create a quote, send it by email, or check your client list right from the field.

What happens if I exceed my 3 quotes or 3 invoices per month on the free plan?

Your existing documents stay accessible, but you can't finalize new ones until you upgrade to Pro (or the next month starts). Quotes and invoices each have their own independent counter. No data loss, no surprises.

What if I want to cancel my subscription?

One click from your Settings. Your account stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and your data stays accessible for reference after. No questions, no hidden fees.

Does it work without an RBQ license?

Yes. The RBQ license is optional. You can also enter a CMEQ or CMMTQ license, or none at all if you don't need to display one. Your PDFs adapt.

How long until my first quote?

Less than five minutes after creating your account. You don't even have to complete your profile to start, you can fill it in later.

Does it replace my accountant?

No. Torvite handles quotes and invoicing on the client-facing side. Your accountant still handles tax remittances, filings, and financial statements.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The free plan is free, period. The Pro plan has a fixed monthly price with no surprises, cancellable anytime from your account.
